Abstract
Book synopsis: After the end of the Cold War, respect for human rights and helping far from suffering distress has become a matter of course. Rarely, however, figuring out the relationship of helping the Western powers and the system of assistance themselves deep contradictions. painful issues do not talk about helping marketing organizations and the news at all. Humanitarianism and the related activism is seen as a key part of the western global governance of the international system, which creates its own rules and practices. The authors are legal experts, anthropologists, developing country scientists and media scholars. "In ancient Rome, Humanitas meant a good orientation skills and increase. (...) The word for humanity or French humanité meaning and humanity, the humanity. Culture refers to the latter, and most commonly used to describe the aid (food, water, medicines, care and protection), which is administered by war or natural disaster victims. A legal term humanitarian law refers to the so-called laws of war (...) which lays down how the victims of the war (the wounded, prisoners and civilians) should be treated, and who is eligible to receive this assistance .. "
