Abstract
Event synopsis: In recent months the courts have dealt with with increasing frequency the issue of responsibility both criminal and civil network. The results often They go well beyond the uneven regulatory framework that sees intersect old standards and new, domestic sources with those of the Community. The legislation proves de jure seasoned incomplete and de jure condendo unable to stand pace of unremitting technological developments and new social uses of the network. The judgment of the Court of Milan in the case Google/Vivi Down is emblematic of the complexity we live in and the lack of coherence between legislative data, requirements of the protection of fundamental values,certainty of the law. The meeting aims to offer an opportunity for discussion to understand what interpretative aids can provide the legal doctrine to an appropriate systematic and able to propose solutions for the future which it is already on the network.
