    Abstract

Additional Information: Book synopsis translation: In an age where more and more often called into question the concepts of validity, legality and certainty, normally associated with the assumption of the centrality of the state, theoretical approaches such as Gunther Teubner, and the new semantics used in them, they seem to be able to start a constructive dialogue between sociologists and jurists influencing a general rethinking of the image traditionally attributed to the law and the state. Taken together, the writings of Italian and foreign authors collected in this volume highlight the reasons why conceptual and theoretical tools developed by Teubner can help to address the current ambiguity of a state law that now appears at the same time self-referential and pluralistic.
