Abstract

Event synopsis: Our vision for the DOP Annual Conference is to be the UK conference of choice for Occupational-Organisational-Business-Work-I/O Psychologists. We see the Our theme this year is 'Investing in the Future' and we see the Conference as an engine for positive change within our profession and as a welcoming environment for ideas and discussions around the future of research, our profession, the organisation, employees and also how Occupational Psychology can contribute to our future communities. The Conference actively promotes networking and will assist in establishing a network of Occupational Psychologists who will constitute the next generation of academics and practitioners and the future of the field!
