This poses difficulties at the organizational level for publishers and paying institutions who remain orientated towards both a sales, rather than service, model (and therefore struggle with the infinite reproduction within digital modes) and a set of marketing and revenue strategies that rely upon aggregating brand, correlated to truth, upwards to the publisher level (that creates overly broad frames of reference for truth evaluation).
