Research in the UK is coming under increasing pressure from funding cuts, technological changes and expectations from government and other stakeholders. What does this mean for you as a researcher at Sussex?

The seminars are free, and open to everyone engaged in, or supporting, the research process at Sussex. The series is funded by SAGE as part of the Library’s programme of support for researchers, and will feature a number of high profile external experts, as well as representatives of the research community within Sussex, with the aim of bring researchers together from across campus to engage in debate.
All seminars will take place between 12 and 2 in the Library's second floor meeting room. A sandwich lunch will be provided.
There are sessions on research communication, public engagement, copyright, careers and the REF. If you are interested in attending, official information is available on the library website.
