    Abstract

    This guide aims to support you, as a social care practitioner, to repair, maintain, grow and sustain your mental health and wellbeing. This will allow you to flourish and continue to support others effectively in your professional practice. The guide draws upon the extensive research and practice experience of the author, Professor Gail Kinman, and includes approaches and guidance she has developed as well as providing detailed evidence from varied research and practice sources.
