Abstract
Book synopsis: This talk will reflect on some of the best practice for excelling in international markets. Sample themes to be discussed include developing an internationalisation-friendly global mind-set; acquiring change agents and change makers; creating innovative competitive spaces, niches, and 'blue oceans'; leveraging cutting edge knowledge management and ICT practices to advance the firm's know how, know what and know whom internationally; and striving toward 21st century global corporate citizenship. Illustrative insights from exemplar international players will be drawn upon to enrich the conversation.
