Abstract
Event synopsis: The International Renewable Energy Congress (IREC) provides a forum for researchers and practitioners around the world on recent developments in the fields of renewable energy. The congress consists of plenary sessions, oral sessions and poster presentations. Considered as a catalyst for research works, IREC led in its third edition (IREC’2011) to the publication of 30% among presented papers in two partner journals, namely EC&M and IJRET. The fourth edition of IREC (IREC’2012) has obtained the trust of six partner journals and two publishers which will upgrade the congress services to publish more than 60% of the presented papers. Authors from academia as well as industry working within the scope of the congress subjects are invited to submit their papers. Submissions will be peer reviewed by our International Program Committee on the basis of full manuscripts. Acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Papers should be formatted according to the congress template and uploaded through the congress Website. They should be written in English and limited to six pages. Contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period.
