Abstract
This work aims to provide an analysis of the transnational circuits of adoption in Guatemala , from the results of an investigation ethnographic currently underway. my interest focuses on the analysis of documentation practices processes of transnational adoption , and the opportunities a look ethnography of these practices provides us face to understanding how to disrupt and subvert legal procedures, in particular the principles translational peculiar rules and actions through legal which has been managed transnational adoption -and other practices Similar to kinship in Guatemala during over thirty years between 1977 and 2007 .
