Abstract
Arrogance, and especially professional arrogance, whilst a [sometimes] useful artefact in an aggressive sales environment when levelled at the competition, always has its foundations in ignorance. And the levelling of the edifice of ignorance is inevitably a painful experience. So, let me share my pain.
