    Abstract

As our readers will know, Doug MacKie has joined our journal in the newly created role of Practice Editor for our Partner the Association for Coaching. We are excited about this addition to our editorial team. Doug has already been adding value behind the scenes by getting actively involved in our editorial processes and his commitment to put evidence into practice. We are taking this welcome opportunity to share a recent interview with Doug, where he reflects on his new role, his practice experience and also his vision for the future.
