    Abstract

Event synopsis: Our vision for the DOP Annual Conference is to be the UK conference of choice for Occupational-Organisational-Business-Work-I/O Psychologists. We see the Conference as providing an opportunity for members of the division and other relevant professionals to engage in personal and professional development by obtaining a contemporary insight into current ideas, discussions and research in the area. We hope for all delegates to understand more about Occupational Psychology through presentations by leading academics and practitioners in the field, through workshops and through a variety of learning approaches. Our theme this year is 'Investing in the Future' and we see the Conference as an engine for positive change within our profession and as a welcoming environment for ideas and discussions around the future of research, our profession, the organisation, employees and also how Occupational Psychology can contribute to our future communities. The Conference actively promotes networking and will assist in establishing a network of Occupational Psychologists who will constitute the next generation of academics and practitioners and the future of the field!
