Abstract
Law, Justice and Human Rights: A Critical Yaklaşımadl this book, Costas Douzinas in different places was created by bringing together the published article. Articles gathered around two main themes: human rights and justice. These two themes not only occupy a fundamental place in our time discussing the theory of law; Douzinas also constitute basic themes in the study.
