    Abstract

Book synopsis: The formation of this book is a direct result of the unity of effort among all those who have contributed to it. The collaborations were gathered together from a researcher involved concern, indeed, who in recent years had been promoting various initiatives targeting the critical theory of law. On the agenda of their particular work programs now add the specific intellectual reflections will be linked concentrating on the articulation and development of legal implications Literature. This combination has also disclosed, in addition to scientific incumbencies that were already in several patents cases other dimensions of more personal connection, so far remained in a less visible plane. That is why the opportunity for coordination and editing obtained a double reward, which is not only defined in the results, but also by the strengthening of the most enduring relationships fostered by the current time here. My satisfaction why, I want to share and transfer in terms of personal gratitude to each participant's work together, resulting in a very unique way to see that the project implemented has also served to engage the voices of Latin American geography map whose limits seemed to have been drawn, from the major US academic tradition of Law and Literature Studies, in a precise and specific language border. But certainly, this contribution is not limited only to introduce new linguistic registers. Its main objective is the expansion of that mapping provided greater pluralism of legal and cultural arguments, and the spatial frame of interest thus started to improve now redraw routes information and favors encounters. Nor has it been alien to our project claim to show the benefits of methodological interdisciplinarity literary theory of law is now able to supply. In this regard, welcomes the work studies whose authors come from different areas of legal knowledge. Cooperate to overcome the sterile bureaucratic parcellings through greater communication between different growers of the social sciences is also an increasingly clear and urgent need, the only real alternative for the proper development of numerous issues and problems on the involvement law Literature. Treatment impels us to be more well communicated to make it communicable. No less perceptible is, finally, the educational vocation of the project. The materials accumulated in this edition supplies the four perspectives in undergraduate or graduate with the qualities of method and analysis procedures corresponding to one or another level, focus the growing educational involvement utilities Law Literature. There is no doubt that the progressively more intense presence of critical approaches in contemporary theory of law has its origin in university research centers and their students as a natural recipient of a teaching which, due to their superior, unce to work of translation and preservation of knowledge to deepen it and renew their horizon. If as advertised in the design of the European reform of university education is sought (honestly) to resolve the vertiginous depreciation of dogmatic baggage that could be acquired during the learning period, it is clear then that the development of skills and competencies less volatile find in law Literature involvement pedagogical device special suitability. Resta only hope that the concerns deposited in this project happen in the convening and organizing others to come in the near future, before which those here we have cooperated senses and from this very moment concerned.
