Abstract
Book synopsis: Between subway station and stripteaselokal the advertising of a cinema praises the film of the evening. Airplanes of airplanes promised holiday destinations to which a sand beach or the comfort of a grand hotel attracts the travelers from their apartments and lofty buildings. Urban spaces, as well as some landscape, are surrounded by places that date from the time of classical modernism Last third of the 19th and the first of the 20th century. In 30 miniatures, the authors of the band take us to these places that shape the spatial experiences of modern man to this day. In this way, they reveal layers of the present world of life that have remained unconscious. Anyone who visits the places described here will recognize how central the change of spatial experience was. He has shaped the modern way of life at least as much as the change in the experience of the time. Since the turn of the 20th century, the world has been geographically reorganized not only by wars and globalization, but also "on a small scale" on the ground.
