    Abstract

    RSSB commissioned BritainThinks and Affinity Health at Work (AHaW) to conduct a literature review and primary research which included interviews and focus groups with lone workers and their managers. The aim of the research was to help define lone working in rail, identify the risks and impact of lone working and to develop guidance and support for lone workers in rail.
