Abstract
This document highlights best practice pre COVID-19 and provides new information concerning what is a rapidly evolving situation. It was informed by a review of research, evidence-informed resources and tools offered by professional bodies, and a webinar involving experts on work and wellbeing. The document aims to: • raise awareness of the disproportional impact of the pandemic on marginalised groups and the implications for wellbeing and productivity • highlight the wide-ranging benefits of an inclusive workforce • provide organisations with resources that will help them address inequalities and build and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce which is crucial for recovery
