Abstract

As part of getting back into my writing practice, I wrote a review of the Nurosym vagus nerve stimulator as someone with multiple chronic conditions. My HRV is improving for the first time in years, sleep scores up consistently. Could be placebo, but the results are genuinely impressive so far.
