Abstract
This report provides an up-to-date and in-depth profile of high-tech businesses and employment in Oxfordshire, drawing on a new company database developed by OEO. Detailed profiles are provided for each the county's main high-tech sectors, and for each of the five local authority districts in Oxfordshire. The report benchmarks Oxfordshire's high-tech employment against regional and national averages, and makes comparisons with other English counties and competitor European regions. Recent trends in high-tech employment levels in the county are also analysed.
