Abstract
This Soil Association report explores whether just increasing production is the answer to the problem of 'feeding the world'; as we already produce more than enough food to feed the world comfortably, yet one billion people go hungry. Or do we need to look not just at how much we produce, but also what we produce, who produces it, and what we consume in order to develop a truly just and sustainable approach to global food equality.
